Dear Sir or Madam, Will you let me know whether graduation programmes completed on parttime basis such as B.E. part time certified from any recognized & deemed university or graduation programmes such as B.com or B.Tec. or B.Sc. completed on distant learning basis from the university of IGNOU elligible for appearing at the CAT exams.
