Respected Sir,

I have decided to persue MBA from a reputed institute like IIM's or ISB. Now, I have over all workexperience of 18+ months after graduation (B.Sc. physics) and I am 22 years.

Workexperience is not a part of selection criteria for IIM's even though taken into consideration but what I want to know is, "Does the workexperience helps to get good offer at the placement ? If it does then should I prefer to have more workexperience or the present workexperience is enough and get started for the CAT."

Looking at the placements and offers at ISB, makes me to think weather I should go for ISB or IIM. Please give me your personal opinion considering the Industerial requirement after 2 yrs.

Currently I am working in the leading BPO in the financial process as a CCE and I am expecting Vertical growth if I continue to work for the same organisation after one year.

So, should I resign and start preparing for CAT seriously, as currently I am not able to give the required quality time for its preparation or should I opt. for ISB.

Hopefully wating for your valuable advise. Kindly reply me promptly.

Yours Sincerely,

Amit K. Morti
