Banaras Hindu University invites application for MBA program 2017

Banaras Hindu University invites application for its two year full time Master in Business Administration (MBA) program offered at Institute of Management Studies (Faculty of Management Studies) for the session 2017-18. Candidates can apply online at (bhu.ac.in) latest by 20 December, 2016. The institute will consider CAT scores to enroll 46 candidates for the MBA program.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be a graduate from a recognized college or University with minimum 50% marks, There is a relaxation of 5% marks in case of SC/ST candidates. candidates who are in their final year of graduation can also apply provided they can provide the graduation mark sheet by October 05, 2017.

Application Fees

Candidates will have to pay Rs. 1500 for each form. SC/ST applicants need to pay Rs 800 only.The fee is payable through demand draft in favour of the Registrar, Banaras Hindu university, payable at Varanasi

Application Procedure

Candidates need to download the application form online from the official website of BHU and fill the details in hand. Candidates must sign the application form and provide all the necessary documents and a passport size recent photograph along with it. The list of documents that has to be provided are:

  • Self attested copies of mark sheets of class X, class XII and Graduation certificate
  • Appearing certificate from the Head of the Institution, in case the candidate is appearing in the qualifying examination (Graduation)
  • Self attested copy of caste certificate (in case of SC, ST, NC OBC)
  • Self attested copy of disability certificate (in case of differentially abled candidates)

Selection Procedure

All the eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of the combined merit of the candidates in CAT exam (50%), academic records (20%), group discussion (GD) (15%) and personal interview (15%).
